NAMASTE’
Today I am free…
I am free …to love the world.
I am free to share that joy with everything.
I am free to choose how my actions affect the world.
I am free to demonstrate divine forgiveness.
I am free to encourage non violence with every interaction.
I am free to thrive in the celebration of this life.
I am free to carry the sorrow and grieve for everyone’s sacrifice.
I am free to mourn the loss of the innocent.
I am free to carry the burden, the light of truth, into the darkness of the unknown.
I am free to BE without fear.
Today I am free.
When I AM in prison;
what prevents me from doing these things?
No one can take these things from me.
As well, in prison I too, shall be free.
But, yes, The significance of choice and the power of the moment,
drives me, gnaws at my being to understand.
If this is so, what would one chose to do with such freedom?
If this is so am I truly free?
AM I free when greed rules the laws of this land?
Am I free when others die so that I may enjoy American comfort?
Am I free when others force war upon the world for my benefit?
Am I free when I stand behind the broken glasshouse of homeland security?
Am I free when lies of the state erode our civil liberties?
I AM free to change my actions.
Or, AM I free to do nothing?
I AM free to die or suffer without the support of the bloody hand of violence.
Or, Am I free to die by that same hand that gently pushes America forward to be butchered?
Who decides?
Your Honor?
Who decides?
Thank you so very much for being.
NO MAS! NO WAR!
Until we Meet again,
Breathe love,
Be well,
Do Frolic Much,
Where The Truth Is Free,
Your Humble Servant Of Global Peace.
